AMN Medical Training is a small and professional first aid training provider for First Aid at Work courses using only registered nurses (C.R.B. checked) who hold teaching qualifications and have extensive medical & training experience in the National Health Service (N.H.S.) and private sector.

AMN Medical Training can provide a comprehensive 4 Day First Aid at Work course which meets H.S.E. requirements and enables First Aiders to deal competently with any first aid emergency in the workplace. Successful students will receive an H.S.E. Approved Certificate valid for 3 years. The 2 Day Refresher course enables qualified First Aiders to up-date their skills and knowledge and renew their First Aid at Work Certificate.

For those individuals or smaller organisations who do not require the full four day course AMN Medical Training can also provide you and your staff with excellent and cost effective 1, 2 or 3 day training in basic to advanced First Aid techniques, including Defibrillator Training. This extends the standard subjects normally covered by much larger organisations and presents material in a far more interesting and participative fashion.

Our popular 1 day Emergency care of children appointed persons course has been specifically adapted to meet the needs of schools & colleges we already serve. We also hold well supported 2 hour Emergency First Aid courses for Teachers, Parents and Students.

Additionally our Early years (Paediatric) First Aid course meets the current Ofsted & Surestart requirements.

The courses include plenty of ‘hands-on’ practice, demonstrations & knowledge testing. All courses have been designed to be informative, entertaining and very interactive with many practical exercises & real life examples. Certificates are issued for those who complete the course to a satisfactory standard.

The AMN Medical Training team offer a relaxed method of learning with the focus on good teaching methods & value for money. Courses are conducted by an experienced lead trainer and an assistant who is available for those who might need extra help or have special needs.
